Her journey from humble beginnings in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, to becoming a naturalized U.S. citizen exemplifies her resilience and dedication to the American Dream.

Our founder, Lina Prado, rose from being an aircraft mechanic to holding senior leadership roles in government, corporate, and nonprofit sectors. That hands-on experience shaped our practical, action-oriented approach to consulting.
