Lina Prado is a seasoned consultant and strategic leader with over 17 years of experience in aerospace, supply chain management, and organizational development. Her journey from humble beginnings in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, to becoming a naturalized U.S. citizen exemplifies her resilience and dedication to the American Dream.
Starting her career as an aircraft mechanic, Lina advanced to senior leadership roles, overseeing extensive government portfolios and managing multimillion-dollar contracts. Her expertise lies in driving operational excellence, enhancing organizational performance, and implementing effective risk management strategies.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Lina co-founded a nonprofit organization aimed at providing scholarships and promoting aviation careers among students in Bexar County. She has also served as an airport commissioner and participated on various educational and nonprofit boards, emphasizing her commitment to community development and youth leadership.
