Refund Policy

At Lina Prado Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality service. Due to the nature of consulting engagements and the time dedicated to each client, all service fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

If you cancel a booked session with at least 48 hours’ notice, you may be eligible for a reschedule or service credit. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for duplicate charges or clear billing errors.
